我在abaqus进行跌落仿真中，出现以下错误退出：
The elements contained in element set ErrElemExcessDistortion-Step1 have distorted excessively.Print-out suppressed for subsequent distorted elementsThere are a total of 12 excessively distorted elementsThe elements contained in element set ErrElemExcessDistortion-Step1 have distorted excessively.Abaqus/Explicit Analysis exited with an error - Please see the status file for possible error messages if the file exists.
请那位老师指点一下那个部件出现问题，及应该如何修改。谢谢
