怎样修改abaqus_v6.env文件中的环境变量？

最近做基坑开挖的仿真遇到了一个报错，这里想请教下大家：The memory allocated to process constraint is not adequate. Set the environment variable aba_scale_std_contact_connectivity to a value larger than 1.0 and rerun the analysis,我找到了那个关于环境变量的.env文件，但里面是一堆代码，不知道具体修改什么，我用的是ABAQUS14.2版本
