ABAQUS中的“调大预设值”是什么意思？

模型运算中出现如下警告：

The ratio of the maximum incremental adjustment to the average characteristic length is 3.26255e-02 at node 153 instance column-3 on the surface pair .

我在网上查找解决办法，发现了下面图中的一种解决办法，但是我不明白其中提到的“调大预设值”是什么意思。希望能有人帮我解决这个问题，谢谢。
